Food and Mood Forum

FOOD AND MOOD FORUM

26 October 2021, 10:00am - 12:00pm (AEDT)

Virtual event

One of the most unrecognised factors in the development of mental health is the role of nutrition. Food fuels both body and mind. Just as our food choices affect our mental & physical wellness, similarly – we’re more likely to follow a healthy diet when we’re in a good headspace.

In line with the National Mental Health Month's theme this year on 'Mental Health: Post Pandemic Recovery Challenges and Resilience', we would like to continue this discussion, and we would love your participation.

Join us as we discuss this important topic. All attendees will receive a Certificate of Participation.
