Our support services
We offer a range of support services to help you through life's challenges, including affordable counselling support, free peer support groups, a holistic support through our new Supportive Mind app and a helpline for information and referrals.
Wellness Hub
Sometimes, the first step toward feeling better is simply talking to someone. Our professional counsellors are here to listen, understand, and help you navigate your challenges. We offer counselling sessions for just $20 per 50-minute session, ensuring that mental health support is accessible, even during tough financial times.
Support Groups
You are not alone. Our peer support groups provide an opportunity to connect with others who understand what you're going through. Led by lived experience facilitators, these groups offer a safe and welcoming environment to share experiences, exchange advice, and build meaningful connections.
We are here for you.
When you're unsure where to turn or need more information on available services, our helpline is here to help. Our team is available to provide information on the resources and services you need.
