Education
We offer educational programs, such as workplace training and webinars, to equip individuals with the knowledge to recognise, understand, and respond to mental health challenges.
Support
We provide affordable support services including $20 counselling service at the Wellness Hub and free peer support groups, to help individuals manage mental health challenges.
Research
We support mental health research understanding the experiences of multicultural communities to expand tailored services and develop culturally sensitive interventions.
Resilience
We promote resilience in young people through the school wellbeing program, teaching coping skills and education to build mental strength from an early age.
