Navigating OCD with Andrew Cookson

Andrew shared one of his first experience with the Mental Health Foundation Australia was through a support group for OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) — just one of more than 30 groups currently offered. It stood out as a meaningful first step: a space to feel seen, heard, and not alone.

Finding strength and support

Fiona has come a long way in her mental health journey. Over the past six years, she’s been a dedicated member of Bipolar Life groups, finding strength and support along the way. Recently, she has taken on the role of facilitator, offering her compassion and helping others navigate their own paths.
